The Official Travel Documents goal is to provide a travel document resource for your U.S. Passport Service needs. These resources include information on obtaining new passports, passport renewal, lost or stolen passports, name change passports, passports for minors, second passports, and additional passport pages. We are here to provide necessary information and resources to assist you through the process of obtaining your updated and official passport.

New U.S. Passport Service:
This service is for persons who have never had a passport; had a passport, but it expired more than 5 years ago; have a current passport which has been damaged or mutilated; or were a minor under the age of 16 when passport was issued and are now over 16 years of age.

Renewal U.S. Passport Service:
This service is for persons who have a passport that will soon expire; an expired passport that was issued within the past 15 years; were over 16 years old when current passport was issued; or need a replacement passport due to legal name change for marriage, divorce, or professional reasons.

Lost or Stolen U.S. Passport Service:
This service is for persons whose passport is still currently valid but are unable to locate it or it has been stolen.

Name Change U.S. Passport Service:
The U.S. Passport Service Office no longer amends valid passports for name changes. Instead, a replacement passport will need to be requested. Please refer to the Renewal U.S. Passport Service section for more information.

U.S. Passports for Minors Service:
This service is for children under the age of 16 and must be completed by parent, guardian or have court authorized documentation.

Second U.S. Passport Service:
This service is for persons who are frequent travelers and require that one passport be utilized for visa processing while using the other passport to travel abroad; or who plan to travel to a country which objects to particular immigration stamps currently inside the passport (i.e. Israeli stamps).

Additional U.S. Passport Pages Service:
This service is for persons who have a passport but need additional blank pages for visas and stamps.
