Birth Certificate Order Tracking:

Once you have received your birth certificate order tracking number after purchase, you may check your order status by clicking here and copying the order number from your e-mail confirmation. If you are unable to find your order status in this manner, you may contact Customer Support. Please include your name and order number when contacting us. We will try to find you the most up-to-date information about your order and where it is in the order process.

Passport and Visa Orders:
If you requested your passport directly through one of the regional Passport Offices or Passport Acceptance Facilities (i.e. Post Office, county courthouse or other participating local government office), you may be able to track your order status through the U.S. Department of State at http://travel.state.gov/passport/get/status/status_2567.html.

If you used one of the Passport Expediting Services available, you will need to contact that company directly to assist you in tracking your passport order status.
